Amirhossein Hatami
Director
Amirhossein Hatami is an Iranian filmmaker, writer, editor, and visual storyteller based in London. He hold an M.A. in Filmmaking from the London Film Academy in 2024 and have worked on a wide range of short films in roles including directing, writing, editing, and cinematography.
His short films Somewhere to Stay and The Gift of Life have been selected at numerous international festivals, with Somewhere to Stay alone screening at over 50 festivals and winning several awards. In addition to his creative work, he founded Simorgh Film Distribution, a platform dedicated to helping short films gain the visibility and recognition they truly deserve.
